Notification of closures on the A46 between the Hobby Horse Roundabout and Widmerpool

Posted: Fri, 14 Sep 2018 09:47 by Ursula Southan

To improve safety, we will be installing some additional drainage features, and erecting
some new safety fencing. We'll also carry out some works to bridge joints and verges
while we're there. This work is in addition to the repairs that we've carried out over the
last few months. These necessary works will be carried out over the coming weeks, and
will require full carriageway closures.
All work will take place overnight from 8pm to 6am, to minimise inconvenience and
disruption to the travelling public.

Full Closure Southbound Widmerpool to Six Hills Diversion attached.

have been agreed with the Local Authority. Both carriageways will remain open to traffic
between the hours of 6am and 8pm as usual.
